Technical & Project Manager — bridging engineering, data, and crisis-resilient systems.
Computer Engineer with a Master's in Data Mining and an in-progress PhD in Crisis & Disaster Management. Eighteen years leading the technical operations of Palestine's national .PS ccTLD registry.
For nearly two decades I have led the technical backbone of Palestine's digital identity — operating the national .ps ccTLD registry through engineering, data, and resilience under exceptionally demanding conditions.
My work sits where three disciplines meet: infrastructure engineering, data mining and analysis, and crisis & risk management. That combination shapes how I build systems that stay standing when the environment around them does not.
Alongside practice, I teach, mentor, and publish — translating field experience into research and the next generation of Palestinian technologists.
